RC “Liner”

RC "Liner" is located in the area of Khodynskoe pole. In 2004, on the site of the former Central airfield named after M. V. Frunze, the shopping center "Aviapark" was built, and in 2018, its neighbors became two buildings of the new RC "Liner", which received its name due to the rich history of the area, part of which it occupies. 

RC "Liner" is a multi-storey two houses closed quadrangular shape. The first floors of buildings are reserved for non-residential premises, and yards without cars mean spacious underground parking under each of the buildings.

In 2017, the RC "Liner" was recognized as the best complex of business class apartments by the jury of the Urban Awards. Its project was developed by the architectural Bureau BTR RUS with the participation of the famous german architect of Iranian origin Hadi Teherani.

The minimalist structure of the facades is decorated with panoramic windows, components for which were manufactured by the brands STiS and Pilkington, which are part of the SP Glass portfolio. The RC "Liner" has double-glazed windows with 4 mm glass Pilkington Suncool 70/40 Pro T. This model is available in a neutral shade and is suitable for rooms that require a lot of natural light with high protection from the sun. The total area of glazing is 60 000 sq m.
