The manufacturer of windows and exterior doors has established a system of in-plant production control in accordance with EN 14351-1, which guarantees the permanent properties of windows and exterior doors. The content of in-plant production control is described in the corresponding certification model.

In-plant production control (WPK).

In-plant production control according to EN 14351-1 minimum shall include the following items:

Quality/compliance, as well as compliance of supplied components and components and their control

Traceability and marking

traceability of products by marking or product code

Defective products

Documented procedures for handling defective products

Corrective action

Procedures for troubleshooting and subsequent error prevention and elimination of the causes of defects
